The Customer Service Representative at Expert Pest Management is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities

  • Contact customers to schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Schedule appointments for Service Pros to minimize drive time and/or distance
  • Communicate with the Service Pro to meet customer requirements
  • Perform outbound calls to customers to follow-up on service received
  • Perform outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding account balances
  • Receive payments from past due customers
  • Answer inbound customer service calls with an open, friendly greeting
  • Review routes for the day and the next day
  • Review e-mails and develop rapport with customers
  • Proficiently navigate a web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules
  • Communicate with the Team Leader with questions and customer updates

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Clean criminal record
  • Able to pass a drug test
  • Reliable vehicle to get to work
  • Computer and phone skills
