About the position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Payment Support plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service by resolving payment-related inquiries efficiently. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, building and maintaining relationships while providing timely and accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers.
  • Responds to a work queue and resolves issues in a timely manner; escalates issues of a complex nature.
  • Demonstrates a basic knowledge of application functionality.
  • Provides information to the appropriate CSI department regarding customer issues and concerns.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education or job knowledge equivalent to a 2-year college or trade school.
  • At least one (1) year of customer service experience is required.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suites, particularly Excel.
  • Analytical mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Banking experience, preferred.
  • Accounting experience or knowledge, preferred.
