Responsibilities
- Work with personal lines clients and insurance carriers to customize insurance proposals.
- Provide daily customer service, including claims management and maintaining account information.
- Collaborate with sales producers to submit new and renewal business to clients.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and team members.
- Utilize organizational skills to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or related experience.
- 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in customer service or insurance.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team player and be a self-starter.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working within an independent insurance agency or the P&C industry.
- Property and Casualty License (the agency will support obtaining this license).
- Experience with insurance software or other applied systems.
