Responsibilities

  • Work with personal lines clients and insurance carriers to customize insurance proposals.
  • Provide daily customer service, including claims management and maintaining account information.
  • Collaborate with sales producers to submit new and renewal business to clients.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients and team members.
  • Utilize organizational skills to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or related experience.
  • 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in customer service or insurance.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player and be a self-starter.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working within an independent insurance agency or the P&C industry.
  • Property and Casualty License (the agency will support obtaining this license).
  • Experience with insurance software or other applied systems.
