About the position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at FleetLogix is responsible for managing vehicle tracking and customer interactions at the airport location. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the daily operations of the fleet management service. The CSR will work both part-time and full-time shifts, contributing to a team that values safety, quality service, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Track vehicles on the ready line using scanning technology to maintain current inventory records.
  • Receive and check-in returned rental vehicles and control exit gates.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in daily operations.
  • Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Operate data entry devices efficiently and correctly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area.
  • Inspect vehicles to meet specific customer expectations before rental.
  • Meet productivity standards and benchmarks in assigned location.
  • Perform tracking and counting tasks to keep track of vehicle locations and availability.
  • Report productivity tasks to management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must pass a driver safety skills test and meet hiring standards for acceptable driving record.
  • At least 21 years of age with a minimum of 4 years of prior qualified driving experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Three to six months related experience and/or training in customer service or fleet management.
