About the position

The Customer Service Representative/Receptionist at West-Hill CARSTAR is responsible for a variety of clerical, accounting, and administrative tasks. This role involves greeting customers, managing phone communications, scheduling vehicle repairs, and handling various financial duties. The position is essential for ensuring smooth operations within the repair center and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical, accounting, and administrative duties including greeting customers and answering phones.
  • Schedule vehicle repairs and manage customer check-ins.
  • Process payments and prepare daily deposit logs.
  • Reconcile petty cash and collect receivables.
  • Prepare various reports including accounts receivable and production reports.
  • Maintain and organize vendor invoices and office supplies.
  • Attend daily release meetings and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (3 years preferred).
  • Experience with QuickBooks (1 year preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and typing ability.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
