The Customer Service Representative/Recruiter position at Source One Staffing in South Elgin, IL, is a full-time role focused on fulfilling the staffing needs of clients while providing exceptional customer service. The representative will engage in various recruiting activities, including outreach through phone calls, community events, and social media, to attract potential candidates. Timely communication with clients is crucial, especially in situations where employees may be late or unable to work, and the representative must keep clients informed about the status of their orders. Additionally, the role involves assisting candidates with paperwork, resolving issues related to timesheets, and preparing paychecks for distribution. The representative will also be expected to update necessary information in the company’s computer system and be available for on-call duties after standard office hours as needed. This position is ideal for individuals with prior recruiting experience and strong communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls to Source One professionally and courteously.
  • Receive, record and fill all orders received from Clients with the best candidate(s) for the position requested.
  • Timely communication with clients regarding employee status and ongoing order updates.
  • Recruit potential candidates through various means including phone calls, flyers, community events, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Assist employees and candidates in completing necessary paperwork accurately.
  • Ensure clients provide correct timesheets for all employees working at their facility.
  • Resolve issues with missing or incorrect hours with clients and/or employees.
  • Sort and prepare all paychecks for distribution.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal staff regarding issues with employees and clients.
  • Update required information on the computer system before the end of the day.
  • Be on call after standard office hours as requested by the manager.
  • Execute special projects as requested by management.
