About the position

The Customer Service/Sales Associate at Fuego Cravings is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling Mexican cuisine. This role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring a positive dining experience, and supporting restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed.
  • Answer customer inquiries about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas and cash register.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Promote restaurant specials and upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and service.

Requirements
