Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships by handling various operative responsibilities.
• Process, monitor, and follow up on customer purchasing orders.
• Provide effective service and administrative support to customers, including material delivery information and order status updates.
• Communicate material lead times, product availability, and pricing to customers promptly and courteously.
• Create invoices and make necessary corrections, as well as manage returns of materials.
• Schedule showroom visits and lead material viewings and reservations.
• Resolve customer issues from order to delivery and maintain customer account receivables.
• Provide customer support via phone, face-to-face, and email.
• Perform analysis in SAP as requested by management.
• Manage and maintain the showroom, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
• Log daily visitors and events in SalesForce.
• Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments and checking stock of materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service.
• 2+ years of experience with invoicing and order entry.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Nice-to-haves

• Customer Service experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or related industry experience.
• College degree.
• Use of SAP, ERP, or order system.
