The Customer Service Representative & Scheduler at Velox Air, Inc. is a vital role responsible for coordinating service requests, optimizing technician routes, and ensuring timely service delivery. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and effective communication. The role also involves general administrative tasks and requires a cheerful demeanor for phone support.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service requests and dispatch field service technicians efficiently.
  • Utilize GPS to optimize routes and monitor technician locations.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on service schedules.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to streamline operations.
  • Re-schedule jobs if there is any delay in the process.
  • Answer all calls by the second ring.
  • Ensure all appropriate signatures for all jobs have been collected.
  • Review calls to ensure they have been completed properly.
  • Dictate accurate notes from the customer that is relayed by the technician and ensure they are entered in Housecall Pro.
  • Follow up on all jobs.
  • Complete SupplyPro training within 30 days of hire.
  • Analyze transportation planning data to improve service efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1 year of HVAC experience (Required)
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel (Required)
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and field technicians.
  • General administrative experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bi-lingual applicants (Spanish preferred) encouraged in this key customer service position.
