Responsibilities

- Assist clients with trade requests, money movement, and online support.
- Prepare for and obtain FINRA licenses (SIE®, Series 7, and Series 63) with full sponsorship from Fidelity.
- Handle complex customer calls and engage in skill development activities.
- Explore new career paths through job shadowing and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Aptitude and dedication to complete the FINRA SIE®, Series 7, and Series 63 exams.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and ability to retain information for decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and facilitate meaningful conversations.
- Ability to handle various situations and emotions while driving towards suitable resolutions.
- Exceptional critical and analytical problem-solving skills.
