Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring data entry accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with cash handling and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client services and support initiatives.
  • Utilize office software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • 1 year of data entry experience.
  • 2 years of cash handling experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient typing skills.
