About the position

The Customer Service Representative at CEFCO Convenience Stores is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This full-time position emphasizes customer interaction, sales support, and teamwork, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch service to every customer.
• Cross-sell items to complement the customer's purchase and highlight current marketing promotions.
• Assist in maintaining a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
• Stock shelves and coolers and assist with receiving deliveries to the store.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience.
• Ability to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• A can-do attitude and customer service-driven personality.
• Results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
