About the position

As a Customer Service Representative Team Lead at R1 RCM, you will oversee the daily operations of the Customer Service team responsible for patient check-ins at Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital. This role involves managing performance metrics, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality standards. You will also be responsible for training and developing team members, fostering a positive departmental culture, and contributing to the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day performance metrics for Patient Experience Specialists.
  • Ensure the team meets production standards, deadlines, and work schedules.
  • Utilize departmental resources effectively, including human, physical, and technological resources.
  • Assist with the selection, training, coaching, evaluation, counseling, and development of staff.
  • Create and maintain a positive departmental culture to maximize team member morale and engagement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent customer service experience
