As a Technical Support Analyst at ADP, you will provide essential technical support for ADP products, assisting clients with hardware, software, and operating system issues. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with technical support, product upgrades, maintenance, and diagnostics.
  • Troubleshoot, replicate, and develop creative solutions for client challenges, escalating to second-level support if needed.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for industry-standard technology, including browser web support and user access issues.
  • Liaise between Implementation, Client Services, Management, and Corporate Support to resolve high-impact challenges.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
