Responsibilities

  • Handle all customer service calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist callers including homeowners, tenants, agents, property managers, and internal staff.
  • Respond to voicemails and emails appropriately or forward them to the correct department.
  • Perform basic computerized account maintenance activities, including detailing account notations.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs and handle complaints with appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
