About The Position
The mission of LCI is to provide meaningful employment for the blind and visually impaired. We accomplish this in four ways: EMPLOY, BUILD, SERVE, and SUPPORT. In this role, you will perform daily customer service functions, providing excellent service to customers and partners while assisting the department in meeting customer service goals and service level agreements.
