About the position

The Customer Service Representative Tier 2 role at Insight Global focuses on delivering exceptional service to customers, business partners, and drivers. The representative will be responsible for ensuring commitments are met and customer satisfaction is achieved through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery driver dispatching
  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
  • Diagnose, evaluate, and resolve problems or issues
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
  • Monitor progress of delivery route completion
  • Data Entry and daily reports

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the drive to resolve issues
  • Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
