About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at Afni, you will have the opportunity to represent one of the nation's largest brands and make a positive impact on customers' experiences. You will interact with customers via inbound calls, assisting them with their needs and building meaningful connections. The role involves training onsite initially, where you will learn the position, build rapport with your team, and meet your leadership. After training, you will transition to working from home while continuing to receive support remotely.
