About the position

The Customer Service Representative role at TEKsystems involves managing work ticket orders and dispatching technicians for national accounts. The position requires effective communication and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction while handling requests and coordinating with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • Handle work ticket orders for national accounts such as Lowes, Amazon, Target, and Walmart.
  • Qualify and verify customer requests received electronically or by phone.
  • Check technicians in and out and book/dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors or divisions.
  • Manage customer requests for service to ensure prompt and knowledgeable service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in call center or retail roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus.
  • Solid tenure with at least one year in each position.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay of $17 to $18.
  • Training provided from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
