About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Planet Fitness is responsible for creating a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This part-time role involves various front desk activities, ensuring a welcoming environment, and addressing member inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the system and facilitate new member sign-ups.
• Conduct tours for prospective members.
• Update member accounts as needed and respond to member questions and concerns.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
