About the position

Label Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in Marshfield, MO. The role focuses on providing exemplary customer service both in person and over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. The representative will be responsible for order input and preparation for production, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Actively listen to customers and maintain a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Input orders into the system and prepare them for production.
  • Resolve customer issues regarding their accounts.
  • Communicate effectively over the phone and via email.
  • Prepare paperwork with required information for the production team.
  • Multi-task and work effectively in a high-energy office environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Customer Service position or similar work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and via email.
  • Ability to retain information on customer and order history.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-haves
