In this role, you will report to the Customer Service Team Lead and act as a customer advocate, demonstrating great follow-through and productivity in a fast-paced work environment. You will also become knowledgeable about our product line focused on thermoforming clam shell production.
Responsibilities
- Listen attentively and communicate effectively via various channels.
- Manage customer requirements and respect timelines.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Provide well-polished written and verbal communications.
- Work accurately with numbers and utilize MS Office skills.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with moving deadlines.
- Support the development and initiation of process improvements.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Build positive functional working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and prioritize workload effectively.
- Take decisive action to address problems and follow up with relevant team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of Customer Service Experience.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
