Responsibilities

• Generate customer orders and invoices.
• Answer customer phone calls and emails.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to complete projects.
• Order products and supplies.
• Solicit new business and estimate projects.
• Support team members in various tasks.
• Manage and grow account relationships.
• Provide accurate estimates for customers and follow up accordingly.
• Attend sales meetings and maintain daily communication with management.
• Manage and route incoming emails and phone calls.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (mandatory).
• Previous printing experience (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
