About the position

Everlight Solar is seeking a highly energetic and motivated individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a fully remote, full-time, entry-level position focused on establishing and building relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment. The role requires proficiency in the Apple ecosystem and involves handling customer inquiries, managing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle high amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
  • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools
  • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options; follow up to secure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Establish and build relationships with our customers
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred
  • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work nights & some weekends
