Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for pest control services and coordinate technician routes efficiently.
• Manage work orders and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and service requests.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding our services, pricing, and scheduling options.
• Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a commitment to resolution.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure they are equipped with the necessary information for each service call.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Verifiable customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Quick learner with a passion for delivering the ultimate customer experience.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software for scheduling and customer management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
