About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Solstice Marketing plays a crucial role in enhancing customer acquisition and driving sales for leading telecommunications brands. This full-time position involves engaging with customers, educating them about products and services, and ensuring their satisfaction while closing sales deals efficiently. The role includes hands-on training and offers opportunities for personal and professional growth within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to conduct compelling product presentations and promote our clients' enrollment services.
  • Follow up with current and former customers to gather feedback and update them on any upcoming promotions or deals.
  • Maximize customer enrollment for our clients by building strong relationships, fostering trust, and confidently closing sales.
  • Draft and organize sales enrollment forms, ensuring customer information stays confidential.
  • Assist in the training and development of new Customer Service Representatives alongside Senior Management.
  • Maintain compliance in accordance with our client's expectations and ensure the service is being represented in a positive, professional manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role is ideal but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, peers, and management.
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset and be excited to interact with customers on a daily basis.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
