About the position

The Customer Service Representative at DHL Supply Chain plays a crucial role in processing orders and addressing customer needs. This position involves resolving product or service issues, maintaining customer records, and assisting with order management, all while contributing to a positive customer experience in one of the world's leading logistics companies.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause of the problem.
  • Select and explain the best solution to solve customer issues and expedite corrections or adjustments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as necessary.
  • Process customer adjustments to maintain financial accounts.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Assist with order and product management tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
  • 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred.
