Responsibilities

• Field calls from customers and resolve service or billing issues.
• Communicate effectively with customer service employees and management regarding customer needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer disputes.
• Complete contract forms and determine charges for requested services.
• Collect payments and prepare necessary documentation for service changes.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
• Proficient in 10-key, keyboarding, and typing skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
