About the position

As a Customer Service Representative at Top Turf, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's reputation for superior customer service and involves handling inbound calls, addressing customer concerns, and promoting additional services. Training will be provided, making this position accessible to individuals without prior experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate team member when necessary.
  • Track and input production details, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of production invoices.
  • Promote additional services to both current and potential customers.
  • Perform general data entry to support team projects and operations.
  • Assist other staff members as needed to help keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Must be available for an on-site position.
  • Proficiency in typing (50 WPM minimum) and basic computer skills preferred.
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Must be punctual, professional, and reliable.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
