About the position

The Customer Service Representative Level 1 at Raining Rose Promos is responsible for ensuring that distributors have an exceptional ordering experience. This role emphasizes the importance of customer service, as clients choose Raining Rose for its award-winning service. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, clear communication skills, and attention to detail, enabling them to handle customer inquiries and order processing effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Display and promote company values (ASPIRE: Attitude, Safety, Passion, Integrity, Relationship and Evolve).
  • Answer phones, maintaining Orange Vibe energy during calls.
  • Respond to customer correspondence clearly and completely, with appropriate attention to urgency and priority.
  • Accept and process sample requests.
  • Respond to customer questions about inventory, product features, shipping, and catalog pricing.
  • Consistently display ownership of customer orders, including reaching out for missing information and updating orders as needed.
  • Reach out for art and proof approvals and internally proof orders for errors.
  • Communicate timely on inventory or other order issues to prevent problems for customers.
  • Use discretion to involve a Sales Representative or Customer Support Manager to resolve complaints or manage large projects.
  • Understand and comply with the company’s Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Practices.
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
