The Customer Service Representative at Crash Champions plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive first impression for customers visiting the facility. This position involves managing customer interactions, providing administrative support, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Clean workspace, as this is the first point of contact for customers.
  • Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
  • Handle receivables, payables, and entry of information into the accounting system and various spreadsheets, balancing month-end statements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
