About the position

The Customer Care Representative role is focused on providing exceptional pre-delivery and post-sale support to customers in a fast-paced environment. This position is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and assistance with product inquiries, order management, and relationship building with B2B clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Support customers with order entry, order status updates, and delivery tracking
  • Assist with pricing inquiries, product availability, and limited technical support
  • Prepare basic reports and perform data entry as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to meet performance metrics and drive customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Knowledge of HVAC products or related industries is a plus
