About the position

As a Customer Support Representative at DeltaHigh8.com, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders and inquiries. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's reputation for excellent service by addressing customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable with technology and knowledgeable about Delta 8 products or willing to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and troubleshooting issues related to shipments or products.
  • Provide accurate information about Delta 8 products, legal guidelines, and usage recommendations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
  • Document and escalate customer feedback, technical issues, or product concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when communicating with customers.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including sales and product teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best possible service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or the CBD/Delta 8 industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of Delta 8 products, or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping customers.
