About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Infinite Computing Systems is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires effective communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently. The representative will also be involved in cash handling and may assist with tax-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Perform cash handling and assist with tax-related inquiries as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications to manage customer information and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of related experience in customer service.
  • Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Suite applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Strong mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentage, and averages.
  • Effective organization and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in a high production environment.
  • Previous experience with Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and/or Lean methodologies.
  • Experience in data entry.
