The Customer Service Representative at YoungWilliams is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. Responsibilities
- Professionally answer all customer calls and provide accurate information promptly.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to meet call volume requirements.
- Utilize available resources and policies to address customer inquiries and case issues.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm in serving customers and improving team performance.
- Attend all required training sessions and maintain regular attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Computer experience and typing proficiency required.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including voice tone and grammar.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
