About the position

The Customer Service Representative at YoungWilliams is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. This role involves professionally handling calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires independent work and the ability to meet call volume targets, with a focus on improving team performance and customer service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer all customer calls and provide accurate information promptly.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to meet call volume requirements.
  • Utilize available resources and policies to address customer inquiries and case issues.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm in serving customers and improving team performance.
  • Attend all required training sessions and maintain regular attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Computer experience and typing proficiency required.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including voice tone and grammar.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Degree or certificate in a related field preferred.
