About the position

The Customer Service Representative at The Outlets at San Clemente is responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers and tenants. This full-time role involves assisting customers with inquiries, maintaining the customer service area, and supporting marketing efforts. The representative will also handle various administrative tasks and may provide shuttle service as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Customer Service area is opened timely.
  • Assist customers and tenants with general information, store locations, directions, and business hours.
  • Circulate memos, newsletters, and other correspondence to tenants.
  • Assist the Marketing department with traffic reports, special events, and promotional material.
  • Maintain stroller/wheelchair rentals and log book.
  • Manage the log and inventory of lost and found items in conjunction with security.
  • Process gift card requests and collect customer complaint forms.
  • Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related area preferred.
  • Entry level experience using MS Office applications for data entry and reports.
  • Ability to conduct research using various search engines on the Internet.
  • Entry level experience using Social Media Networking applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in social media management.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
