Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to emails daily
• Respond to comments and customer queries promptly
• Interact and connect with influencers, pet parents, and customers to cultivate an online community built around pets, positivity, and health
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews and provide solutions to resolve issues or complaints
• Build relationships with pet influencers and nurture brand ambassador relationships
• Assist in nurturing wholesale and sales relationships
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging in all outbound communications
• Coordinate with multiple teams to optimize content and ensure customer happiness
