About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Stiegler Collision Center plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing communications and administrative tasks related to auto body repair services. This position involves interacting with customers and insurance companies, providing updates on repair statuses, and handling various office responsibilities to support the collision repair process.

Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line telephone system, determine caller's needs and assist with any questions or scheduling.
  • Update customers and insurance companies with repair status.
  • Open repair orders.
  • Deliver vehicles, collect payments and signatures on all necessary paperwork.
  • Call on assignments and confirm insurance coverage.
  • Complete and assist in miscellaneous office tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in CCC ONE and Mitchell Estimating systems
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Ability to adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures
  • Experience in the collision repair industry preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills.
