About the position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at FASTSIGNS® of Windsor is a full-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within the center. The CSR serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via walk-in, email, and telephone. This position offers opportunities for growth and earnings potential in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, and email.
  • Maintains an attractive retail environment (clean, organized, and functional).
  • Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds.
  • Performs other duties as needed, such as answering the phone, helping at the front counter, consulting with customers, etc.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues.
  • Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects.
  • Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills preferred.
