About the position

As a Customer Service Representative at Stryker Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Department and healthcare professionals by managing inquiries related to joint replacement and trauma surgeries. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships through effective communication, processing customer interactions, and providing feedback to enhance service levels. This position requires a proactive approach to customer support and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales Reps and Hospitals to enter usage from surgeries.
  • Build strong relationships through phone and email communication.
  • Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
  • Engage and respond promptly and courteously to inquiries.
  • Process all work in accordance with relevant practices and procedures.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels and internal processes.
  • Demonstrate a positive and cooperative attitude in the business environment.
  • Support Sales Department by answering questions generated by calls, emails, and faxes.
  • Research responses with sales as needed.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Determine charges for services requested and collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collections.
  • Prepare product or service reports by analyzing customer information.
  • Coordinate the release of back orders according to stock availability.
  • Maintain customer pricing in the ERP system and enter contracts as required.
  • Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout the branch.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processes.
  • Manage inventory shelf life and expiry records.
  • Support and participate in the branch cycle counting process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field preferred.
  • Associates degree preferred.

Benefits

  • $21.54 - $27.11 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
  • Individual pay based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
