About the position

The Customer Service Representative at AW Collision is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while their vehicles are being repaired. This role acts as a liaison between the customers and the shop, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and greeting customers.
  • Updating customers on the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Providing outstanding service regarding the progress of customers' vehicles.
  • Acting as the connection between the front office and the body shop.
  • Performing data entry and filing tasks.
  • Contacting insurance companies as needed.
  • Handling general office duties.
  • Coordinating rental and/or tow services for clients.
  • Managing customer interactions during vehicle drop-off and pick-up, including photographing and documenting vehicles, preparing paperwork, and arranging transportation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a collision repair shop.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Dependability and punctuality.
  • Computer literacy and ability to use web-based software.
  • Experience with CCC One is preferred.
