About the position

Bell Ford is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in their high-volume automotive service center. The role focuses on handling customer repair needs while contributing to the department's profitability goals. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, particularly in the automotive or hospitality industries, and will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and generating service estimates.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers in selecting suggested services in a friendly, professional manner
  • Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers
  • Schedule appointments
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Provide professional service with emphasis on value, quality, and integrity

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in automotive or hospitality fields
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, in person and over the phone
  • Current, valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
  • Strong computer and phone skills, including experience with MS Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
