Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing guidance as necessary
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service
  • Follow up on orders and delivery schedules with customers
  • Provide pricing quotes to customers as per their requests
  • Use provided software and tools for data entry and customer management
  • Utilize email correspondence to communicate with customers when necessary
  • Schedule appointments as required by customers or team members.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
  • Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of resolving customer issues effectively
  • Capability to perform data entry tasks with high level accuracy
  • Comfortable with email correspondence, demonstrating excellent written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Experience in order entry, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders
  • Ability to schedule appointments and manage multiple schedules simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think quickly under pressure
  • Demonstrated multitasking abilities, managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of patience and empathy, able to handle difficult customer interactions professionally
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as required by the role
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • High school diploma or equivalent education level required.
