• Answering calls and emails from clients
• Servicing client accounts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License
• 2+ years of Transportation Insurance experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid computer skills, highly proficient with Excel and Word
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
