About the position

The Customer Service Representative role at Robert Half is a temporary to hire position within the Dental Industry, focusing on providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions, resolve complaints, and maintain customer records, all while working remotely. Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information on our databases.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolutions.
  • Schedule appointments and set follow up details as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience (minimum of 2 years)
  • Experience within the dental industry.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including software like MS Office and CRM Systems.
