The Customer Service Representative role at Primary Services involves supporting a large company that serves the elderly community in Minneapolis. Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and set up deliveries for qualifying customers.
  • Perform data entry related to customer information and scheduling.
  • Schedule deliveries for customers according to established procedures and scripts.
  • Liaise with management regarding schedules and report any changes or issues.
  • Track and report daily activities and customer information.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Somali is a plus.
