The Customer Service Representative at Kapiloff Insurance Agency is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their insurance needs. This role involves conducting needs-based policy reviews, updating coverage, and expanding the customer base while working both independently and as part of a team. - Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage accordingly.
- Operate both independently and as part of a team to expand our customer base and grow our business.
- Use excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Valid Property & Casualty License preferred.
