About the position

The Customer Service Representative role is a part-time position focused on providing exceptional service to families seeking youth sports programs in Colorado. The representative will be the first point of contact, assisting with inquiries, registrations, and ensuring a positive experience for customers. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for youth development and sports.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Assist families in finding and registering for the right programs for their kids, ensuring smooth registration experiences.
  • Provide clear information about our youth sports camps and classes, including schedules, locations, and program details.
  • Proactively address and resolve any concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Document and update customer interactions in our system to ensure accurate records and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Comfortable using technology to manage communications and update records.
  • A passion for making a positive impact on families and children in Colorado.

Nice-to-haves
