About the position

The Customer Service Representative at TEKsystems plays a vital role in supporting customer service operations and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. This position requires a reliable and enthusiastic individual who can provide exceptional customer service and assist in the implementation of energy efficiency programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via incoming calls and follow-up calls.
  • Support program implementation through direct interaction with customers interested in energy efficiency services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the daily implementation and support of residential and commercial energy efficiency programs.
  • Manage customer interactions including call activity, internet activity, and tracking system lead processing for residential and/or commercial/industrial customers.
  • Aid in reporting and rebate processing for energy efficiency programs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service/call center and/or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
