This role focuses on providing exceptional client services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of analyzing customer needs, and proficient in data entry, particularly using our software, SingleOps. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in sales processes by identifying customer needs and setting up team members for success.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain updated client records and transaction details.
• Communicate confidently and effectively with clients and team members.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and take initiative in completing tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
